School Development and Operation

Our experts have a 25-year experience in building, developing and managing international schools in accordance with the best of British educational traditions. Since 1997, we have launched and been operating four all-through schools in Ukraine (700 students, 200 staff). They all provide high-quality British and Ukrainian education in a safe, friendly, and secure environment and are considered one of the best international schools in the country.

We also strive to create new models of education, schools of the future, conceptual learning hubs, dynamic student-centred spaces and coworking areas.

Without a doubt, school recruitment is critical for the success of any school. We know only too well that poor selection decisions can be costly and time consuming. ABE consultants help recruit and place experienced UK-based and international Cambridge GCSE/IGCSE, IB and A level accredited academics for overseas schools, where the UK curriculum is taught. We also help recruit highly qualified local teaching staff.

On top of that, we train, supervise and upgrade international and local educators on a regular basis. We prefer to maintain a close working relationship with our schools’ staff, from headmasters to individual teachers and thereby have a highly personal approach to our business conduct.
